Have you heard that the Alberta Lawyers’ Assistance Society (Assist) is partnering with the Chartered Professional Accountants’ (CPA) Assistance Program to offer a special 2016 Speaker Series?

The 2016 Speaker Series includes 3 informative sessions on mental health and wellness topics that impact professionals in Alberta. The first of the 2016 Speaker Series – Running on Empty: Understanding Family Caregiver Fatigue – explores challenges faced by family caregivers. Presenter François Mathieu provides strategies for caregivers to sustain themselves and stay healthy while juggling the demands of caregiving.

This first 2016 Speaker Series program is open to lawyers and their families, and it’s happening soon. The special 20% off early bird discount is only available until February 19, so register online now to attend in Calgary (March 2) or Edmonton (March 3).
