The Consensus Development Conference on Legal Issues of FASD (Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder), delivered by the Institute of Health Economics, runs September 18 to 20, 2013 in Edmonton, Alberta.
The Honourable Ian Binnie, former Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada, will serve as Jury Chair for this first-ever Consensus Development Conference on the Legal Issues of FASD. He will lead a panel of 12-14 distinguished citizens who will hear evidence from experts over 3 days.
