Effective July 1, 2024, Justice Tracy Davis is appointed the new Assistant Chief Justice of the Calgary Family & Youth Division Court.
In 2020, Justice Davis was appointed to the Family, Child Protection and Youth Criminal Division in Calgary. Prior to this role, she was a Crown prosecutor for Alberta Justice, regulatory counsel for the Law Society of Alberta, legal counsel for the Provincial Court of Alberta, and Crown prosecutor for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada.
