Legal support staff play a critical role in the civil litigation process. This program will examine civil procedure issues that legal support staff may encounter and identify practical strategies and solutions to address them. Presenters will also discuss the interplay between the technical requirements of the law of civil procedure and the day-to-day work of legal support staff.
