Pleadings and affidavits are essential to litigation. This course will review fundamental and strategic principles for drafting effective pleadings and affidavits in your early years of practice. This course is centered around civil litigation procedure, however many of the general principles and best practices are applicable to other litigation matters.

This course will take approximately two hours to complete.
