The Government of Alberta has launched a public survey to receive feedback on the current family justice system.
The survey was created in response to the often costly and complex justice system that families encounter during separation, divorce, and other family law matters. It also seeks to better understand how the community has responded to the Family Justice Strategy.
The Family Justice Strategy launched in October 2024 to better support families and reduce pressure on the court system.
Albertans are invited to submit their feedback through the online survey, open until Friday, December 20, 2024. For more information on the survey as well as the Family Justice Strategy, read the Alberta Government’s complete announcement here.
