The Court of King’s Bench announced the JDR booking procedures for Civil and Family Court in Calgary and Edmonton for the upcoming fall term (September 2023 – December 2023).
Bookings are made by completing the mandatory JDR Booking Request Form. The form must be submitted via email. There are two booking priorities for the fall 2023 JDR calendar:
- Priority A – Family Law matters with or without form 37
- Priority B – Civil matters that are ready for trial with a filed or unfiled form 37 executed by all parties attached.
The JDR Coordinator will contact parties to advise whether a matter is booked. Counsel must ensure that all contact information is provided on the booking form to ensure seamless communication.
