Changes to the Wills and Succession Act means the daily practice for many lawyers has changed significantly.
To address these changes, we held a full-day seminar in March 2013 where we discussed issues like matrimonial property provisions, will substitutes, drafting considerations, and much more.
The seminar was highly attended in both Calgary and Edmonton, and we heard from many of you who wanted to attend but did not have the opportunity. Therefore, to accommodate this intense interest, we’ve released an audio recording of the entire seminar to accompany the seminar materials.
