“The Relationship Between the Judiciary and the Administrative State”
In her keynote address, Justice Suzanne Côté of the Supreme Court of Canada will engage in a thematic discussion of the role of the courts in administrative law matters and the boundaries of judicial review. She will address parliamentary privilege, voluntary associations, arbitration appeals, and Henry VIII clauses.
This program will be recorded and made available as an on-demand program. However, Justice Côté’s keynote address will be presented to live attendees only, and will not be included in the recording.
