A block of standard rooms (with a choice of either two queen beds or one king bed) has been reserved at $198 (two queen beds) or $213 (one king bed) per night. A service charge of $9 per room, per day has been included in the room rates to cover porterage and housekeeping. Applicable taxes and parking are extra.
Triple and quadruple accommodation is available at an additional cost of $25 per person, per day. Hotel Arrival and Departure
Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 12 PM. Cancellation and early departure fees are in effect; however, you can change or cancel your reservation or your departure date with no penalty up to 6 PM MST, 72 hours prior to 4 PM on the date of your arrival. Reservations are guaranteed for arrival until 7 AM on the day following the arrival date.
Parking for Hotel Guests
Self-parking is available for $22 per day, per vehicle. Valet parking is available for $36 per day, per vehicle. Applicable taxes are extra.
Parking for Attendees Staying Off-Site
