Alcohol impacts will making and gift giving in a variety of ways. This presentation outlines the legal test for testamentary capacity and examines the impacts of alcohol on testamentary capacity from the legal and medical perspectives. The presentation concludes with a panel discussion, which addresses common questions that arise with respect to the impact of alcohol on capacity.
