The Court of King’s Bench has announced further expansion to the Court of King’s Bench Filing Digital Service (“FDS”) program. Effective May 21, 2024, the FDS expands to include filings for Civil Justice Chambers in Red Deer for matters scheduled on or after June 17, 2024.
Lawyers can submit an Application for Civil Justice Chambers through the digital service, with supporting materials. When granted, orders will be digitally signed by the Justice and made available to counsel through the FDS.
