Richard N. Billington, K.C. is the founder of Billington Barristers. He has experience before all levels of Court in Alberta, the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. Richard has also appeared before the Courts of other provinces and territories, and is experienced in mediation and arbitration.

Oliva Dixon is a Partner at Osler Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. She is a corporate and commercial litigation lawyer with a focus on energy litigation, construction litigation and international commercial arbitration. Olivia has acted in litigation surrounding major resource projects, including judicial review applications, regulatory appeals, and more.
William Katz, JSS Barristers
William Katz is an Associate at JSS Barristers. He practices civil litigation with a focus in shareholder litigation, corporate and investment fraud, construction disputes, personal injury, and employment law.
