CPLED Modules

Events in the Legal Community

Alberta Law Conference (ALC) – Calgary (January 28 – 29).

The Canadian Bar Association Alberta Branch hosts the Alberta Law Conference each year at the end of January. This conference provides two days of impressive sessions that lay out “need to know” fundamentals on a variety of areas of law and some practical advice.We look forward to meeting you at Alberta Law Conference!

Continuing Professional Development

For 2016, the CPD declaration period is from January 1 – March 15. As you make your plan, don’t forget to check LESA’s live events website to see what seminars we are offering in this educational year (ending in June 2015).

In 2016, all lawyers are required to complete their CPD plan through the Law Society of Alberta’s lawyer portal. You can access your CPD profile to view, update, and monitor your annual CPD Plan activities.
