The 6 categories discussed are commencing proceedings, serving a claim, responding to claims and amending pleadings, third party claims, affidavits of records, and advancement of actions (such as inexcusable or inordinate delays and the drop-dead rule).  
  • Claims That Survive Bankruptcy, Delayed Discharges, and the Stay of Proceedings: Things Bankrupts Often Don’t Know About Bankruptcy

    This paper provides an introduction to key considerations in bankruptcy law and practice. In particular, the paper discusses claims and debts that survive bankruptcy, opposition to a bankrupt’s discharge from bankruptcy, and the stay of bankruptcy proceedings.
