This paper considers the law of adult interdependent relationships, including a detailed review of the Adult Interdependent Relationships Act., It also addresses issues arising from the introduction of the Family Property Act, standing to bring an application, limitations issues, unjust enrichment claims, and cohabitation agreement drafting considerations.
