Certain issues regularly come up when dealing with wills and powers of attorney. This program will hit 25 of those issues with advice or comments on each and references to resources for further consideration. The format of this program is breadth not depth and is designed for all levels of experience. Some of the discussion points will be technical and advanced and some will be of the “bread and butter” variety.
