Summer students, articling students, and newly called lawyers (within their first two years of practice) are invited to join us online this spring for “Notarizing and Commissioning Documents“. Presenter Justice Adam Germain of the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta will review the legal responsibilities when commissioning and notarizing documents. Attendees will gain a greater understanding of common traps and how to avoid them in their practice.
