• The formal judgment
• Costs
• Post-hearing applications

The formal presentation is followed by a question and answer period where Justices of the Court of Appeal answered questions on a variety of topics.

This on-demand program was originally presented as an in-person program on April 21, 2023 as part of our Appellate Advocacy program.
