Explore examples of unique issues that may arise when working on employment and/or labour law files, such as:
- applications and common forms used before the Labour Relations Board,
- limitations and deadlines for Labour Relations Board proceedings,
- nuances in labour arbitrations versus civil litigation,
- settlement agreements; and
- changes to processes at the Alberta Human Rights Commission.
