Legal project management is the application of conventional project management strategies, techniques, and tools to the legal services context. This presentation introduces the concept and provides examples of ways to use its principles to enhance efficiency in corporate and commercial transactions. It also provides strategies that legal support staff can utilize in their day-to-day work.
