Closing arguments allow counsel the chance to put pieces of the evidentiary puzzle together or expose missing pieces, all in an effort to assist the trier of fact. This presentation provides practical tips for crafting closing arguments in criminal matters. Views from a Crown Prosecutor and a KB Justice are included.
