Introducing evidence from a minor complainant or witness in criminal proceedings requires unique considerations. This webinar will discuss key elements of an application under section 715.1 of the Criminal Code to admit pre-recorded video statements made by a person under the age of 18. It will also consider how to effectively bring the application and argue the voir dire.
